What this site collects, what it is used for, and what it is not.

The only information this site collects is what you type into the request form: your first name, last name, firm and email address. The site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. The form is processed by the service that hosts the site, which records the submission and the time it was made. Hosting, email and scheduling providers may process your details on Amplify Technology's behalf and only for the purposes described here.
Your details are used for one purpose: to match you to your firm's Operating Efficiency Index score, send you a preview of it, and arrange the walkthrough you requested. A member of the research team, which is part of Amplify Technology, may contact you by email to schedule it and to follow up on the review of your firm's inputs.
If you tell us you would rather not hear from us, we stop. Every follow-up email includes a way to say so.
Individual firm scores are not published. Your score is shared with you and discussed with you. Your firm's inputs, which come from public Form ADV filings, form part of the cohort every firm its size is ranked against; that is how the index works, and it is true whether or not you request your score.
We keep your request details for as long as needed to complete the walkthrough and any corrections that follow, and for a reasonable period afterwards so that we can answer questions about your review. You can ask at any time to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, by replying to any email from the research team.
The Operating Efficiency Index and this site may change, pause or be discontinued at any time. If the index is discontinued, request details that are no longer needed are deleted within a reasonable period, and anyone whose details we still hold is told. If the index is transferred to another publisher, this notice continues to apply to details already collected unless you are told otherwise and given the choice to have them deleted.
The Operating Efficiency Index is a research initiative of Amplify Technology, LLC, published at RIA Benchmark. Amplify is responsible for the information collected through this site. Questions about this notice can be sent by replying to any email from the research team.
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to how your details are used will be sent to anyone whose details we hold.
